Biological root of tpw

How will you take care of yourself to keep your power? Based on your research and your personal narrative, show details of what you have learned about homeostasis. What disease/illness is most relevant to your story? What are you doing to stay healthy?

One way that I will take care of myself to keep my power is to go to the psychologist. I know this is something I need to do because I've gone through what is considered trauma. Based on research and on my personal narrative, I now know that it is very important to keep homeostasis. If you don't, several things can go wrong in your body. The disease or illness that is most related to my story was trauma, since that is what I went through. For now, since I can't go to the psychologist, I am writing poems about how I feel. This is my way to keep myself on check on how I'm doing.

This is my final mind map. I added a few quotes from my TPW story, how to keep this system healthy, parts of the brain, etc.
